This is by APPOINTMENT ONLY and requires a screening mammogram order from a physician. The deadline to make an appointment is August 3.

We are heading to Panama City Beach, Florida to attend the Men Reaching Men for Jesus Conference. This conference is sponsored by Free Spirit Community Church.
Conference Registration Per Person = $150.00 and includes (lodging, onsite meals, and all sessions). Meals included...Thursday (Dinner) & Friday (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). *Registration is done through Free Spirit Community Church.
Deadline to register is August 29.
*Any men going will carpool down together so once you have registered, please let the office know so we can add you to the carpool list.
