Pastors Vinnie and Marcia Hines

Pastor Vinnie is a joyful retiree who enjoys using this season of life to serve God. He has been married to Pastor Marcia for over 30 years. They have two daughters. When asked to share his story, Pastor Vinnie always points to two years in his life: 1985, the year he migrated from his home country of Jamaica to the United States and 2007, the year he answered Jesus’ call to Him. Pastor Vinnie is the energetic leader of the Ushers and Greeters Ministry. He enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure that the TIC Community and Guests experience God’s excellence every Sunday and Wednesday. His passion is seeing hardened hearts come to Christ. He embodies the power of forgiveness, second chances and God’s grace.

Pastor Marcia enjoys all things related to healing. In addition to the Healthcare Ministry, she leads the TIC Women’s Ministry which is known to help women heal spiritually so they can become vessels God can use and the daughters of God they are called to be. She is retired from healthcare and is passionate about allowing God to use her to serve and love others. When not serving, she enjoys spending time with her growing family. She has been married to Pastor Vinnie for over 30 years. They have two daughters, one son-in-law and one grandson.
